BUILDING COMPLAINTS & RESOLUTION

Your permission for complaint coordination

Read the limited authorization for complaint-related contact, approved sharing, scheduling, and withdrawal of future coordination.

Contact authorization

I authorize Building Violation LLC to contact the owner, landlord, association, property manager, and other intended recipients identified in my submission about the concern I describe at the property and unit I identify. I permit sharing of my contact information and the complaint materials I mark as approved for that purpose. Building Violation LLC may request responses, discuss next steps, coordinate mutually agreed appointments, and document communications and progress.

Limits on this permission

This permission is limited to coordination of this concern. It does not authorize Building Violation LLC to sign contracts for me, incur charges on my behalf, approve entry without a separate arrangement, accept a settlement, waive rights, withdraw an agency complaint, or provide legal representation. Materials marked for staff review only are not approved for sharing with management. Permission for a newly identified recipient or additional restricted material must be confirmed separately.

Duration and withdrawal

My permission begins when I submit this authorization and ends when I withdraw it or Building Violation LLC informs me that coordination has ended. I may withdraw future coordination by emailing [email protected] with my name, property address, and submission reference. Withdrawal cannot undo information already shared. Existing records may be retained where needed for the matter or applicable obligations; I may ask about correction or deletion options.

Separate confirmations

Contact Authorization: I have read and agree to the limited contact and sharing authorization above. Service & Cost Acknowledgment: I understand that initial resident coordination is free within the published service limits, that other work requires a separate approved scope and payment arrangement, and that submission guarantees neither participation nor an outcome. Typed name. Date. These are separate selections; neither includes consent to marketing.

A PRACTICAL NEXT STEP

Let’s organize the concern.
Then define the next step.

Residents can request free initial coordination. Owners and managers can discuss a separately approved professional scope.
