BUILDING COMPLAINTS & RESOLUTION

How complaint information is shared

Understand complaint sharing choices, restricted attachments, private records, correction requests, and limits on confidentiality.

Information used to review your concern

Your submission may include your identity and contact details, property information, a description of the concern, earlier communications, attachments, and scheduling preferences. Provide only what is relevant. Do not include account passwords, financial account numbers, identity documents, or another person’s unrelated private information.

Your management-sharing choices

Mark which materials may be shared with the intended management parties and which are for staff review only. Coordination may require sharing your identity, address, and description of the concern; it is not an anonymous reporting service. Even a photograph without your name may identify the unit or resident. Tell staff about a sharing concern before contact occurs.

Private records and public examples

Complaint records are intended for service review and coordination rather than public publication. Submission does not authorize marketing use of your name, address, photographs, or correspondence. Public examples should be separately approved or appropriately anonymized; hypothetical examples are labeled. Service providers supporting form processing, communication, or storage may process information as part of operating the service.

Questions, corrections, and withdrawal

Contact [email protected] with your submission reference to request a correction, ask what was shared, or withdraw future coordination. Withdrawal does not retrieve information already disclosed. Ask staff about applicable retention and deletion options. No promise of absolute confidentiality is made; information may also need to be preserved or disclosed where required by applicable obligations.

A PRACTICAL NEXT STEP

Let’s organize the concern.
Then define the next step.

Residents can request free initial coordination. Owners and managers can discuss a separately approved professional scope.
