Review and connect
Staff review service fit, verify the intended recipient, and check sharing choices.
Coordinate next steps
Request a response and help arrange mutually agreed assessment or repair appointments.
Approve any paid work
Technical services require a separate scope, authorizing customer, and payment arrangement.
Document what happened
Keep performed work, resident feedback, professional verification, and agency status distinct.

A leak keeps returning. Repairs stopped before the job was finished. An inspection never happened because nobody confirmed access. When a building concern becomes a chain of unanswered messages, an organized next step can help. Building Violation LLC receives resident concerns, reviews them for service fit, and seeks to coordinate communication with the identified owner, landlord, association, or property manager.
For residents
Tell us what is happening, where it is happening, what you have already tried, and who manages the property. With your authorization, we can share the materials you approve, request a response, and help arrange mutually agreed appointments. Initial complaint coordination is free to the resident within our published service limits. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, management participation, or resolution.
For owners and property managers
A clear report can help your team distinguish a new issue from a recurring condition, identify missing information, and decide what assessment is needed. We may offer paid services to the party authorized to approve the work, including technical assessment coordination, correction scopes, project recovery, permitting support, and closeout. Each engagement requires a separate scope and payment arrangement.
From concern to documented outcome
The process starts with a submission and staff review. If accepted, we verify the intended contact, share authorized information, invite a response, and coordinate agreed next steps. Completed repairs, resident feedback, professional verification, and agency status are recorded separately. Building Violation LLC is a private company; this form is not an official government complaint or an emergency service.
