Communication permission is a limited permission
A resident can authorize sharing of their concern and coordination requests. That does not automatically authorize construction, access to another unit, use of association funds, or charges to the owner. Identify the separate permissions and contractual approvals needed for the proposed assignment.
Name the customer and the approval contact
For each paid phase, confirm the contracting party, payer, scope approver, and person handling daily coordination. A property manager may need an owner or board decision before accepting a proposal. Ask for confirmation of authority rather than relying on someone being copied on an email.
Move the concern toward a documented result
Keep approval records with the scope version and fee they cover. Changes require the agreed approval process; silence is not a useful substitute for a documented decision. Building Violation LLC begins separately priced services only under an agreed engagement, with the relevant professional roles and authorization requirements identified.
