NYC Façade / FISP Violation Resolution

NYC façade compliance applies to buildings higher than six stories. Failure to file, unsafe façade conditions and late amended reports can create violations and escalating penalties.

What This Service Covers

DOB requires FISP reports through DOB NOW: Safety and a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) for the technical report. Unsafe conditions must be corrected and an acceptable amended report filed.

QEWI required

The façade report is a licensed-professional filing, not a generic expediter filing.

Unsafe status requires repair + amended report

Correction has to be documented through the FISP process.

Penalties can continue

Late filing and unsafe-condition penalties can accrue until the acceptable filing is made.

Have an active property issue?

Send the property address, notice/violation/permit information and any available photos or agency documents. We will identify the immediate deadline and scope the next paid phase before detailed technical work begins.
