NYC OATH / ECB Hearing Schedules & Property Directories

Find property-specific NYC Department of Buildings (DOB), Environmental Control Board (ECB) and OATH hearing records organized by hearing month. Select the month to search by property address or summons details.

These are historical snapshots of public enforcement and hearing records—not a live government calendar. Dates, penalties, statuses and property details can change. Confirm current records with NYC OATH and DOB before relying on them.

Browse NYC hearing records by month

Choose the month shown on your original hearing notice. Inside each directory, use its search field to find an address, building identifier or summons number.

The November and earlier month directories were prepared from different source snapshots. A listing confirms an entry appeared in that dataset, not that the violation or hearing is still open.

How to find your NYC property

  1. Select the hearing month. Use the month shown on the OATH notice or original summons.
  2. Search the property's details. Depending on the month, search by street address, borough, BIN, BBL, or OATH/ECB summons number.
  3. Open the individual property record. Review the allegations, cited law and recorded hearing details.
  4. Verify the current status. Hearing outcomes, adjournments, penalty balances and correction requirements may have changed.

Hearing representation and violation correction are different

A hearing can address an alleged violation and the applicable penalty, while the underlying condition may still require correction, permits, inspections or a Certificate of Correction.

Underlying DOB violation

Evaluate alleged work or occupancy conditions, permits, sign-offs, inspections and the appropriate agency closeout path.
