1. Submit the property and notice
Start with the project intake form. Provide the property address or violation reference and your contact details. Our team will request any relevant summons, notice, photographs, permit records, or earlier correspondence.
2. Identify the controlling records and next step
The issuing agency, cited condition, hearing date, permit history, and available evidence affect the resolution path. We determine whether a paid research phase, hearing response, correction filing, permit review, or other service is needed. An initial inquiry is not a completed technical assessment.
3. Approve the scope and payment arrangement
Before billable work begins, the applicable proposal or agreement identifies the customer, deliverables, fee, exclusions, professional roles, and authorization requirements. Additional work or changed conditions may require a separately approved scope.
4. Coordinate the authorized work
Our team coordinates the required documents, participants, access, filings, hearings, permits, contractors, or inspections within the approved scope. Where a jurisdiction requires licensed professionals or trades, those roles must be performed by appropriately qualified parties.
5. Document completion and agency closeout
A hearing decision, paid penalty, finished repair, and closed permit are distinct records. We coordinate the applicable proof and follow-up and identify any remaining requirements. Agency outcomes and processing times cannot be guaranteed.
